With the slogan “Building community, one flow at a time,” Yoga Socials was created to combine the grounding benefits of yoga with opportunities to meet new people in a fun, welcoming environment. Each class blends mindful movement with social connection—because strengthening your body and strengthening your community go hand in hand.
With the launch of Yoga Socials, we hope to build community and offer opportunities for social connection. Each yoga socials class offers an all-levels flow class, followed by a social designed for you to connect with friends both new and familiar.
