Refund Policy

Third Space Recreation LLC
Effective Date: August 1, 2025

At Third Space Recreation LLC, we understand that plans can change. We aim to provide a fair and transparent refund policy for all of our paid events and programs.

1. General Refund Guidelines
Refunds are available only for paid events and in accordance with the timeframes below.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [contact@thirdspacerecreation.com].

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Third-party processing fees (e.g., Eventbrite, Stripe) may not be refundable.

2. Refund Timeframes
Full Refund
If you cancel 72 hours or more before the event start date.

No Refund
If you cancel less than 72 hours before the event.

If you are a no-show or leave the event early.

Note: Some multi-session or specialty events (e.g., retreats, guided tours) may have specific refund terms, which will be listed on the individual event page.

3. Canceled or Rescheduled Events
If Third Space Recreation LLC cancels or reschedules an event for any reason (e.g., weather, safety, low enrollment):

You will be offered the choice of a full refund, credit toward a future event, or the option to attend the rescheduled date.

We will notify all registered participants by email and/or phone as soon as possible.

4. Exceptions & Force Majeure
We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy at our discretion in cases involving:

Medical emergencies (documentation may be required)

Family emergencies

Events affected by natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances

5. Substitutions or Transfers
You may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost if requested at least 48 hours before the event.

Transferred participants must agree to the same Terms and Conditions and Liability Waiver.
